Our History
Elite Closing Solutions is a woman-owned and operated business founded by Melisa Kilbourne. Melisa began working for the busiest Real Estate Company in Lake County Florida back in 2002. She oversaw many of the day-to-day tasks necessary to support successful real estate agents.
From there, she moved to a local Coldwell Banker office where she trained new real estate agents and managed multiple offices. She got her real estate license and began to sell real estate while beginning her family.
By 2010, she was a full-time buyers agent, and she began working with a team with an extensive lead system already in place. This allowed her to learn how to successfully cold call and prospect leads on a daily basis. It was here that she sold her first million in real estate while also managing new agents and helping her team coordinate closings.
Melisa soon realized that her passion for real estate deals lies more in the organizational efforts to coordinate the necessary components for closing. That led to her forming Elite Closing Solutions in 2015, and she’s been growing the company ever since.
With more than 14 transaction coordinators, we provide services for real estate agents in multiple states. While we call Atlanta Georgia home, we work with realtors all around the metro Atlanta area and elsewhere in Georgia. We also work with real estate agents in Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Delaware, and Michigan.
