Hello! My name is Mike Lanoza (sounds Italian but it’s actually Filipino!). I am here to help you grow your business. My real estate journey began over 20 years ago. During that time I have been in and out of real estate, working in many roles and conditions. I’ve been blessed with the opportunities to learn REO transactions, short sales, short sale flips, standard residential transactions, and general investment sales as an actively licensed REALTOR. At one point I came to the realization that I enjoyed the operational aspects of being a real estate agent more so than the sales side. As a result I was fortunate enough to work as the operations manager for a high producing luxury real estate couple with Keller Williams for several years, averaging over 80 closed transactions and $22 million in volume annually. I most recently was a project manager for an investment company with holdings in Georgia

and South Carolina. I managed all their dispositions in Georgia, along with coordinating much of the renovation work performed on properties in both states.

I love, love, love my family, and especially my 3 grandsons! You haven’t lived until you have experienced the joy of being a grandparent. They are my hobby, and my wife and I try to see them as often as possible. On the more mundane side of things, I am somewhat of a foodie with a keen interest in the ketogenic diet and utilizing healthy living practices so I can witness my grandsons grow up and have children of their own.
